Balance the Grind is a work-life balance publication built on conversations, ideas and community. They’re on a mission to showcase healthy work-life balance through interesting stories from people all over the world, in different careers and lifestyles. Their audiences look to learn how the most successful leaders, artists, founders, executives, writers and athletes structure and manage their days. It was a wonderful chance for KAB Gallery Director and Curator to run through her routines and talk about life as she knows it running two art galleries and e-commerce website.

I’ve learnt to relax and take each day at a time. No two days will ever be the same, and one bad day can often mean a great day tomorrow! I have also learnt to welcome client and team feedback because it helps me to grow into a better leader and curator.
