“It is dedicated to Campari, my favourite drink ever. It was invented in 1862 by Gaspare Campari, professional liqueur maker, in a shop in Milan, where now you find the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. After a few experiments he created a red liqueur, bitter-sweet taste and moderately alcoholic. Its name was Bitter of Mr. Capmari, and it was shortly after renamed Bitter Campari. After his death, his son, Davide, carried the family business and opened the first factory. Nowadays Campari sells in 170 countries, same recipe. Its posters and advertising are incredibly creative and reflects the style of each epoque. The Fish was already there, it always was.”
