Original double-sided artwork by Australian artist Penelope Oates.

Beautifully handcrafted sculptural work. Penelope Oates has hand-worked the timber to achieve the perfect curvature and then painted it with mixed media. Both sides of the sculptured work are painted. Created in the studio by Penelope Oates with predominantly acrylic paints and ink on the timber. Her contemporary methods and treatment of the materials present a detailed and aesthetically gentle works of art.

This unique piece can be displayed anywhere, it would look fantastic standing on a mantelpiece, hallway table, shelf or anywhere in your space!
