Greg Jarmaine Exhibition

One of the Central Coast’s best-known artists, Greg Jarmaine, is proud to announce that his next solo exhibition – a career-defining 35th solo show – opens in Terrigal on Saturday 9th August.
The exhibition, documenting Greg’s favourite local landmarks along with his travels around Australia and the world, will showcase more than 30 never-before-seen oil and acrylic paintings. After a recent string of popular solo and group exhibitions right around the country, Greg is very pleased to bring his iconic modern impressionist style of painting back to his Terrigal hometown.
Being held at KAB Gallery, located on the beachfront of the Crowne Plaza Terrigal, the exhibition runs from Saturday 9th August until Sunday 17th August.
KAB Gallery and Greg Jarmaine warmly invite everyone to join us at the exhibition’s launch party, from 5pm on Saturday 9th August. To be officially opened by another well-known local – ABC Central Coast 92.5FM presenter Scott Levi – this free event is a fantastic opportunity to meet the artist, admire the beautiful new paintings he has been working on all year, and purchase the perfect piece to complement your home or office. Free finger food and drinks will be available, as will a free ticket into KAB Gallery’s lucky door prize draw at 6.15pm.

Kerry-Anne Blanket, KAB Gallery Director and Curator, is very excited to be hosting such an important exhibition. “We’ve been exhibiting and working with Greg since KAB Gallery first opened 12 months ago. Almost every second person who walks into the gallery knows and loves Greg’s work, and without a doubt those that don’t know his work have fallen in love with it by the time they leave. His understanding of colour and light is amazing, and I believe the incredibly broad range of subjects he loves to paint is another key to his popularity.” To illustrate Kerry-Anne’s point, the exhibition features a number of the beautiful Central Coast seascapes that Greg has perhaps become best-known for, along with a large number of seascapes, cityscapes and figurative works from locations across Sydney, Paris, Turkey, the US and the UK.
