KAB Gallery’s landmark sculpture by controversial artists Gillie & Marc is leaving Terrigal! Fondly known as either Big Boy or Terri, he has been purchased by a private buyer and has a one way ticket to New Zealand.

It was quite the spectacle to see the 50kg bright blue sculpture lifted and taken away from the Terrigal Art Gallery to be packaged at Pack & Send (Erina Branch). The larger than life fibreglass sculpture will be missed. Countless Central Coast locals are coming to the gallery every day asking where he is. Many children even stopped by the gallery last weekend to have a final farewell.

The artists are busy working on their next big sculpture for Times Square NYC, and we look forward to seeing their next series of artworks for KAB Gallery Terrigal.
