KAB Gallery Special Exhibition: Kelly-Anne Love: Aves Sanctuary

Kelly-Anne Love’s most recent body of work has been inspired by her passion and dedication to highlight Australia’s magnificent native wildlife. The famous series of threatened or endangered species was launched at the The Australian Reptile Park in 2018, and is a series very close to her heart after her life changing experiences with some of Australia’s most beautiful and endangered bird species.

Each original artwork is created with a passion and joy that you only truly understand upon meeting the artist. Her immense love of her artworks and subject matter is clear, as is her respect for both her art medium and the magnificent creatures she portrays. The collection of original watercolor and ink paintings are based on some of Australia’s most iconic bird life including the Regent Honey Eater, Galah and Gang Gang Cockatoo.

In an exclusive event, Kelly-Anne Love will be speaking about her inspiration, practice and intent behind her original artworks before opening up the floor to questions. This incredible exhibition and opportunity to meet the artist herself is not to be missed! One day only, 2pm 20th July at KAB Gallery.
