Catherine Hiller’s paintings are mesmerising to view, radiating a sense of life, pleasure, and beauty. Behind her painted layers exploding with opulent colour lies her passion for life. The exhibition consists of 16 original works created over the previous year.

KAB Gallery’s Director Kerry-Anne Blanket worked with Catherine to hand select each painting to highlight her luxe use of richly pigmented oils on linen. When viewing these paintings in person, viewers can expect to be instantly charmed by her choice of vibrant cohesive colours and moving compositions. Whether your preference is a cool monochromatic painting or one with a soft amber palette, each work will exude a sense of warmth to any space.

Catherine Hiller was born in France and studied art in Paris before embarking on a successful career in the advertising industry in the UK. After 11 years she made the move to Australia and has resided in the eclectic city of Melbourne since 2004. This is a place where she can immerse in herself in the creative city and has focused on her professional art practice. KAB Gallery have worked with Catherine for many years now.
