Steven Fisher

Born in London, Fisher came to Australia in his early twenties and later graduated with a Degree in Interior Design and a Graduate Diploma from the Australian Film, Television & Radio School.  He went on to develop a successful Architectural Design consultancy and is now a Fellow of the Design Institute of Australia.

His formal training manifests itself in the production of striking works in oils on canvas rich in perspective depth and movement with the expressive use of colour, form, painterly technique and dynamic composition.   His subject matter varies, but freely confesses his passion and consequent exhilaration for the Australian landscape, so evident in his work which is now held in private collections in Australia and overseas.
