“As COVID-19 hit, I returned to Melbourne from an international artist residency, straight into enforced 14-day isolation at home. As days blended together with nothing to differentiate them, I felt lost and stopped painting altogether.
On day 15 I went outside exploring the park and ponds across the road. I became very interested in the ducks and birds there, visiting every day. Something I’d always taken for granted now seemed really interesting. I decides to pain the same duck over and over, repeating itself like the days were. I’d lost inspiration but the simplicity of the ducks helped me find it again.” Hugo Mathias 2020

Located in the most visible position on what is probably Sydney's busiest road, KAB Gallery Sydney in Pymble offers a revolving exhibition of some of Australia's best collectable and contemporary art, along with an expert art consulting service and other related services. Next to Pymble train station and with a large carpark directly behind us, KAB Gallery Sydney is so easy to visit for everyone throughout Sydney.
