KAB Gallery Special Exhibition: Sally West - Beach Series
Sally West regularly visits Sydney’s most iconic beaches to paint en plein air. Freshwater, colloquially referred to as “Freshy,” is a beautiful iconic Australian beach on the East Coast of New South Wales with great waves and a white sandy shore and is where her famous beach series began. Sally has found a particular position high up on a rock platform, giving her the perfect aerial perspective to paint the beach while overlooking the surfers and swimmers.
Over the past few summers the series has evolved in various ways and this year Sally is taking her easel to more of Australia’s famous beach locations incl. Manly, Coogee, Maroubra, Bondi, Terrigal, Balmoral and Blueys Beach.
The series is in a constant state of flux and new artworks are added here for your viewing and purchase. Sally West’s Beach Series is exclusively sold at KAB Gallery. By purchasing at KAB Gallery you can enjoy your artwork knowing that it is an original on-of-a-kind artwork direct from Sally West’s easel. Prints are not permitted by Sally West but included in the series are coveted original oil studies and small paintings priced from AUD $395
